Crafted from 100% malted barley that is ground, fermented, and distilled in Lynchburg. Just like Old No.7, it passes through Jack Daniel’s traditional charcoal mellowing process. It’s then matured for at least four years in new charred American white oak barrels, and finished for an additional two years in the finest quality Spanish Oloroso Sherry Casks from Andalusia, Spain.
