The Chichibu Paris Edition 2019 is a limited release of 1757 bottles created for La Maison Du Whisky and is a blend of seven casks aged for over 6 years – a hogshead with a Japanese oak head (Mizunara) and six bourbon barrels. At 50.5% Vol., this whisky is bottled at its natural cask strength, the flavour profile includes notes of summer fruits with a hit of pepper, and the distinctive spiciness and sandalwood characteristics associated with Mizunara oak.
